Managing complex technology deployments, the full-time Client Service Delivery Manager will oversee infrastructure design, ensure compliance with security standards, and lead technical teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-site technology deployments and installations across diverse segments
• Serve as the escalation point for field support and resolve advanced technical issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of management experience
• 5 years of related experience in technology project management
• Knowledge of PCI compliance standards and enterprise security requirements
