Client Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the temporary full-time Client Service Representative will resolve inquiries and complaints from customers in a fully remote setting, ensuring accurate and courteous communication while maintaining documentation and following up on unresolved issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints using professional etiquette and available resources
• Perform research and troubleshoot issues, following up with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and escalate issues appropriately

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar customer service role
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic understanding of medical and laboratory terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce
