Client Service Representative
Job Summary
To support nationwide title and closing solutions for mortgage lenders, the part-time Client Service Representative will manage client inquiries, assist with real estate transactions, and implement strategies to enhance client relationships, working Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Supports real estate transactions by providing high-level customer service to internal and external customers
- Implements strategies to build and maintain client relationships while managing client inquiries
- Develops departmental policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Familiarity with Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines
- Understanding of federal and state appraisal laws
- Ability to work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
