Client Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Client Service Representative for Inbound Phones, this fully remote position will manage a high volume of inbound calls, provide essential information on services and appointments, and ensure a first-class service experience for patients and physicians during the shift of Mon-Fri, 6AM - 11AM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage inbound calls and triage patient requests based on urgency
• Provide information on services, assist with scheduling, and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records in compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or reception
• Previous experience in a remote call center within the DME or healthcare space preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work standard business hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone
