Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a range of clients remotely, the full-time Client Services Analyst will onboard users, build reports, and deliver analytical insights using YouGov's data products while collaborating with senior team members to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable in YouGov's tools to effectively assist clients with data product usage
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new and existing clients to maximize product value
• Design and deliver insights reports addressing clients' core business questions, including brand tracking and audience profiling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, economics, psychology, business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate deliverables in a timely manner
• Interest in the market research industry and client-facing roles
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for problem-solving with data
