Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for a key global client account, the full-time salaried Client Services Director will oversee integrated Medical Affairs and Publications programs while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of a key client account, delivering integrated Medical Affairs and Publications programs
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
• Oversee account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for organic growth

Required qualifications

• Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, particularly in Medical Affairs and/or Publications
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving account growth
• Experience leading and developing high-performing Client Services teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
