Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing assigned client relationships, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and quality deliverables in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy by maintaining routine communication with clients and internal partners

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and manage client expectations effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence
