Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Client Services Project Manager on a full-time contractor basis, this remote role focuses on managing a portfolio of Australian client projects, ensuring timely delivery, high client satisfaction, and effective communication across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Australian clients, managing project delivery and client communications
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with technical teams on eDiscovery workflows and assist clients with platform usage and optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, client services, or legal technology
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client-facing projects effectively
• Experience with eDiscovery workflows and legal, regulatory, or investigation matters
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Relativity or Nuix is preferred
