Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution in the electronic discovery industry, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular verification and communication with clients and internal partners

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Demonstrated success in developing project plans and managing client expectations
• Excellent client relationship skills with a proactive approach to meeting client needs
