Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships in a full-time remote capacity, the Client Services Project Manager will lead project management efforts in the electronic discovery industry, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records on project status

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to proactively manage client expectations
• Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production
