Client Services Project Specialist

Job Summary

To support a collaborative environment, the full-time Client Services Project Specialist will manage complex customer inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and assist in resolving issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers through various communication methods
• Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
• Assist supervisors in monitoring case health and resolving issues as they arise

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Strong technical orientation and experience with MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage changing priorities to support business needs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities
