Job Summary
To support client success, the full-time remote Client Services Representative will build long-term partnerships, provide personalized consultation, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions in the agricultural and animal science sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Consult with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning and genetic services
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely solutions and support contracts and inventory management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the agricultural or animal science sectors
- Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable
