Client Services Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic team, the fully remote Client Services Support Specialist will assist with client implementation, provide ongoing support, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the client experience in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with client implementation by scheduling activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring completion
• Support client progress through meetings, documentation, and maintaining accurate system records
• Provide client support with system how-tos, data uploads, and training while managing support cases independently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer support, or client-facing SaaS roles
• Comfort using AI tools and sound judgment in reviewing output and protecting sensitive information
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and compliance is a plus
• Experience building or improving implementation workflows, documentation, or SOPs is a bonus
