Job Summary
To support the Macy's Media Network, the full-time remote Client Solutions Manager will manage client relationships, deliver advertising solutions, and drive ad revenue growth through strategic consulting and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Co-manage a portfolio of clients, defining account plans and recommending media investment strategies to achieve goals
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on advertising products, providing clients with insights and best practices to meet their marketing objectives
- Conduct analyses to connect media performance with business outcomes, recommending effective strategies for future campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail media ad sales and/or account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, along with knowledge of online advertising terminology
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
