Job Summary

Providing financial and technical product support to clients, the full-time Client Solutions Specialist in Lending & Finance Products will assist users of Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions remotely, ensuring effective utilization of software to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial and technical support to clients, helping them interpret product outputs related to credit risk assessments
• Educate clients on product features and functionality while managing requests and maintaining ownership of client interactions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client feedback and support continuous product improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or financial services
• General understanding of financial statements and key accounting concepts
• Familiarity with credit risk concepts and lending processes preferred
• Basic knowledge of database administration tools and financial analytics tools preferred
