Client Success Consultant

Job Summary

To drive strong client relationships and sustained growth, the full-time Client Success Consultant will manage and expand Financial Solutions client engagements remotely, ensuring a seamless experience by identifying client needs and providing strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and strategically pair contractors with clients based on needs and fit
• Oversee client relationships to enhance retention, engagement longevity, and identify opportunities for service expansion
• Utilize technology tools to streamline workflows, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management or account management
• Working knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services
• Proficiency with GSuite and CRM systems
• Ability to build strong client relationships in a virtual environment
