Client Success Consultant

Job Summary

To support client relationships, the full-time Client Success Consultant will work remotely to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs, drive retention, and identify upselling opportunities while occasionally traveling for company events.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate successful service delivery
• Provide strategic consulting by understanding clients' business objectives and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates in CRM systems to track client interactions and account progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for remote communication and collaboration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable using video and phone calls as primary communication methods
