Client Success Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Success Consultant will foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring successful service delivery while identifying upselling opportunities to drive client retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders, to provide strategic guidance
• Maintain and update cloud-based CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and deal status in real-time

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in client-facing roles with a strong relational and intuitive approach
• Proficiency with technology and tools essential for remote work
• Ability to apply sound judgment while managing multiple tasks and achieving goals
• Comfortable using video and phone calls as primary communication methods
