Client Success Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting key accounts and project management efforts, the part-time Client Success Consultant will collaborate with Client Success Managers to enhance client marketing strategies, create reporting presentations, and maintain CRM data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as additional support for the growth objectives of key accounts based on fluctuating priorities
- Aggregate client results and assist in creating client-facing presentations focused on annual and quarterly reviews
- Partner with internal teams on enhanced reporting initiatives and support ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of related experience in marketing, sales, client success, or project management
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive towards business goals under limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Google Suite and tools such as Hubspot, Looker, or Jira preferred
