Client Success Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary strategic partner for hospitals and health systems transitioning into a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage client relationships, lead implementation projects, and analyze data to ensure successful onboarding and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients during implementation and onboarding
- Lead end-to-end implementation of GPO services, managing project plans and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Analyze purchasing and contract data to identify savings opportunities and communicate insights to clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or implementation/project management
- Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply chain operations
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
- Financial analysis experience is a plus
