Client Success Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time hourly Client Success Manager will optimize client engagement with PI's software, drive adoption of AI features, and foster lasting relationships while working remotely or onsite in Westwood, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client journey by managing onboarding, implementation, and advocacy for a portfolio of clients
- Drive adoption of PI solutions, maximizing customer engagement and value from AI features
- Consult with clients on talent optimization strategies, presenting insights and metrics to key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Strong business acumen and proven account management experience
- Experience communicating effectively at all organizational levels, including C-Suite
- Ability to synthesize client feedback systematically, ideally using AI tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
