Job Summary
To transform healthcare for women, children, and families, the fully remote Client Success Manager will independently manage client relationships, drive meetings, and create impactful presentations while advocating for health plan clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of client operations and engagement, acting as the primary advocate for health plan clients
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings that align with clients' needs and goals, ensuring actionable insights are documented
- Develop and present client-facing materials that highlight operational excellence and champion the company's services
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of Health Plan experience in client success, sales operations, or account management
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Desktop AI tools like MS CoPilot
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- A clinical background is a plus, but a passion for client success is essential
