Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing existing client relationships, the full-time Client Success Manager will ensure client satisfaction, generate referrals, and oversee proposal opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounts to ensure high-quality client servicing standards
• Generate additional business through referrals and manage accounts throughout the recruitment process
• Identify and manage request for proposal opportunities, overseeing the entire RFP process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales, recruitment, or account management experience
• Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales
• Proven track record in account management for healthcare recruitment
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives and senior management
