Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time remote Manager, Client Success for the Middle East and Africa will drive client goals, oversee product utilization and retention efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to support client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a results-driven Client Success team in collaboration with the Vice President, Client Success
• Oversee customer retention and service contract renewals, ensuring the Client Success team follows through to completion
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational metrics to management while identifying areas for team development

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent certification in a business-related field is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years' experience leading a customer-facing support team
• Proven track record of energizing teams to meet targets in a dynamic environment
• Ability to identify meaningful metrics for operational reporting and analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication abilities
