Client Success Manager
Job Summary
Supporting and growing relationships with property insurance clients, the remote Client Success Manager will drive product adoption, manage client onboarding through renewal, and connect client goals to measurable outcomes using innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders
- Monitor usage trends and client health indicators to ensure clients are receiving value and identify areas for additional support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the client experience and address client feedback
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or within the P&C insurance ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in client engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and usage trends
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology
