Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing customer relationships, the full-time Client Success Manager will ensure successful project completion and coordination of custom risk adjustment initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer relationship to deliver optimal results and support
• Coordinate, track, and report on all aspects of customer projects
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Client Success Account Management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, and risk adjustment
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and advanced Excel skills
• Proven project management experience preferred
