Client Success Manager
Job Summary
To ensure seamless execution of strategic programs, the full-time Client Success Manager will build strong client relationships, manage digital media campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering five-star customer service
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategic partnerships and support the sales team during the RFP process
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, gather feedback, and optimize campaign performance to exceed client goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Five to eight years of experience in a client-facing role managing $2-3M+ in revenue annually, preferably in digital publishing
- Experience facilitating multi-platform executions across various digital media channels
- Proficiency in media planning, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong organizational skills
