Job Summary
To support a growing home improvement marketing agency, the full-time Client Success Manager will own a portfolio of client accounts, drive retention and growth, and help build client success processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20-50 home improvement client accounts, serving as the main point of contact
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure clarity on results and address any issues proactively
- Implement and document effective client success processes for onboarding, health tracking, and retention
Required qualifications
- Experience in client success or account management specifically with home improvement or contractor clients
- Proven ability to manage 20+ client accounts simultaneously
- Agency experience in lead generation or Meta/Google ads for local service businesses
- Background in building client success processes in a scaling company
- Fluent in English, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle difficult client conversations
