Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Success Manager will support program launches, ensure seamless operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal teams to achieve client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi-faceted programs with clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are prioritized
• Guide clients in achieving their objectives, balancing internal goals with client expectations, and supporting renewals and expansions
• Analyze and present key results, facilitating communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient program implementation

Required qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or related industries preferred
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with strong project management skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling data and spreadsheets
• Ability to build trust and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in technology services or customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment
