Client Success Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing medical marketing agency, the full-time Client Success Manager will lead client onboarding, analyze performance metrics, and coach clinic teams remotely while managing relationships with medical practice clients across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new-client onboarding and guide clinic teams through training and lead-management workflows
• Analyze performance metrics to diagnose issues in lead quality and patient acquisition, providing actionable recommendations
• Own client communication and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and ensuring account health and retention

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing, including interpreting funnel and conversion metrics
• Experience serving medical practices or healthcare-related businesses with knowledge of patient conversion processes
• Proven client-facing experience in account management, client success, or a comparable consultative role
• Excellent spoken and written English with the confidence to advise U.S. practice owners
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and coordinate cross-functional work independently
