Job Summary
Proactively guiding clients to maximize their investment in Intapp products, the full-time remote Client Success Manager, Legal will drive adoption and solution optimization across a tier of legal accounts while serving as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor adoption data and usage trends to identify proactive outreach opportunities for client retention and value enhancement
- Execute structured outreach programs tied to usage milestones and risk signals to drive adoption and retention at scale
- Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions and features
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success within professional services firms, preferably in the legal industry
- Experience using adoption and usage data to drive outreach programs
- Ability to quickly build product proficiency and adapt to new solutions
- Exposure to risk management and compliance in law or professional services
- Bachelor's degree required
