Client Success Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of client implementations, the full-time Client Success Project Manager will drive onboarding projects from sale to launch, coordinating timelines and technical integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client implementations by translating business goals into actionable project plans and maintaining clear objectives and timelines
• Facilitate client-facing meetings, ensuring productive discussions and accountability among internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records in Salesforce and SharePoint, contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or client-facing onboarding experience, preferably in SaaS or technology services
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Working proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar
• Proactive and organized working style with a focus on early problem identification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
