Client Success Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of credit union partners, the remote Client Success Specialist will manage product adoption, enablement, and partner relationship management while designing scalable training programs and building repeatable playbooks.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for Silvur's digital education and data platform across 30+ credit union partners
- Design and deliver scalable training programs and enablement materials for credit union staff and stakeholders
- Launch and support new partner onboarding from kickoff through full program deployment with a structured approach
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or related roles
- Startup experience preferred, with comfort in ambiguous environments and process building
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with modern AI-first tech stacks, including Claude, Google Workspace, and HubSpot
- Proven relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
