Job Summary
To support enterprise client partnerships, the full-time Client Support Specialist I will provide critical operational support, manage account deliverables, and ensure data integrity while working onsite in Everett, WA.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the internal lead support for Senior Client Managers, managing account deliverables and tracking SLAs
- Oversee inbound and outbound client data exchanges, conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, and generate performance reports
- Partner with internal teams to resolve tactical issues and document process improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in a collections environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and time management
