Client Technology Manager
Job Summary
To enhance client technology solutions, the remote Manager, Client Technology Staging will take technical ownership of backend configurations, optimize automated workflows, and manage user lifecycle processes for computer deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the backend configuration and technical administration of applications and systems supporting computer deployments and user lifecycle processes
- Design, maintain, and optimize automated workflows for Windows and macOS computer builds
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra settings to support device identity and application integrations
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing backend configurations for automated computer deployments
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory configurations related to user lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated workflows
- Demonstrated process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
