Clinical Advisor - Diversion Prevention
Job Summary
To support hospital pharmacy teams in maximizing the value of ControlCheck and Diversion solutions, the full-time Clinical Advisor - Diversion Prevention will collaborate with customers post-implementation to enhance workflows, provide clinical training, and analyze data to strengthen diversion prevention efforts, while attending in-person meetings as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to leverage ControlCheck for identifying diversion trends and improving workflows
- Deliver clinical training and consultation to enhance customer understanding of Bluesight products
- Act as a trusted clinical advisor, driving continuous improvement in training and product use
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a hospital pharmacist
- 3+ years of experience with hospital drug diversion programs
- 3+ years of experience in training or onboarding customers on software or clinical tools
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret clinical data for workflow improvements
- Experience with ControlCheck or similar healthcare technology preferred
