Clinical Application Specialist
Job Summary
To support a prominent client, the Remote Clinical Application Specialist will conduct epidemiologic studies, develop study protocols, and analyze databases using statistical tools while working on a 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct epidemiologic studies and literature reviews to evaluate drug safety and disease epidemiology
- Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans using real-world data sources
- Analyze epidemiologic databases and communicate findings to support clinical development and regulatory submissions
Required qualifications:
- MPH or MS in Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field; PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in epidemiology, public health, or outcomes research
- Proficiency in SAS; experience with SQL, R, or other statistical tools preferred
- Experience with real-world data manipulation and analysis
- Strong understanding of epidemiologic methods and clinical safety documentation preferred
