Clinical Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Providing high-level support for the analysis and implementation of EHR applications, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst will manage low to mid-complexity projects and gather workflow requirements from clinical end users in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with clinical end users to gather and analyze workflow requirements for EHR applications
- Design, configure, and support the implementation of new functionality and system updates
- Develop and present educational programs to ensure user competency with the applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of experience in a related area
- Experience managing low to mid-level projects related to EHR applications
- Aptitude for translating customer requirements into feasible application options
- Preferred: Epic PB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified
- Preferred: Epic HB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified
