Job Summary
To enhance value-based care initiatives, the full-time Clinical Applications Platform Expert will design, deploy, and support both Epic and non-Epic healthcare applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical solutioning and tool evaluation for healthcare applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Mentor and elevate the capabilities of less experienced analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Define technical approaches and build strategies for complex projects, acting as a subject matter expert
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Health Informatics preferred
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare applications/IT with hands-on experience in systems like Epic or Workday
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience mentoring or coaching staff without formal management responsibilities
- Implementation-level fluency in one or two technical domains with working knowledge of adjacent systems
