Clinical Applications Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance clinical operations, the full-time Clinical Applications Specialist III will analyze and resolve complex clinical application issues, optimize workflows, and serve as a subject-matter resource for clinical applications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical application and workflow issues by evaluating root causes and operational impacts
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize clinical applications and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Provide training and support to end users on clinical applications and workflow functionality, adapting to user needs and changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist or equivalent professional experience
- Technologist background with cross-sectional imaging experience or an IS Professional background
- Experience leading special projects related to clinical application workflow implementations
- Multi-vendor RIS/PACS/VR experience is preferred
