Clinical Assistant I

Job Summary

Providing critical support to various departments, the full-time Clinical Assistant I will deliver accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients while organizing workflows and tracking cases remotely from 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, ensuring outstanding customer experience through effective follow-up and communication
• Support internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests appropriately
• Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes, utilizing personal follow-up lists and team audits

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in general computer skills and Google Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
