Job Summary

Providing vital support to various departments, the full-time Clinical Assistant I will deliver accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients while tracking cases through the lab and reporting processes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
• Support internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests appropriately
• Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes using personal follow-up lists and team audits

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in general computer skills and Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
