Job Summary

As a vital liaison in a full-time remote position, the Clinical Associate - MA Certified will manage telehealth visits, facilitate patient onboarding, and coordinate care for members while supporting clinical teams in a virtual-first medical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate member lab and diagnostic imaging orders, ensuring timely clinician review and tracking results
• Manage inbound and outbound referral workflows and assist with prescription refill requests under provider guidance
• Serve as an advocate for members, providing clear communication and support for care coordination needs

Required qualifications

• MA Certification (active or expired) or significant MA experience with documentation
• Two years of patient-facing healthcare experience, preferably in virtual care or telehealth settings
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems for clinical documentation
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
• Proven experience in care coordination and quality metric improvement
