Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Clinical Associate with Medical License will provide onboarding support to clinician users, collect and synthesize feedback for product improvement, and contribute to clinical product development while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support and practical guidance to new clinician users
- Collect and synthesize new-user insights to inform product and marketing strategies
- Contribute to clinical product development, ensuring accuracy and usability
Required qualifications
- Medical qualification and active registration
- Clinical experience with the ability to support peers in real-world workflows
- Familiarity with Heidi's platform or strong enthusiasm to learn it
- Comfort navigating customer engagement and clinical support functions
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours around existing clinical practice
