Clinical Calls Representative

Job Summary

To support patient care in an ambulatory setting, the full-time Clinical Calls Representative will manage incoming clinical calls from various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and documentation while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming clinical calls, addressing patient concerns and relaying information to clinic staff as needed
• Provide accurate documentation and utilize clinical and administrative computer programs for patient and physician information
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve departmental quality assurance and customer service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• 1-2 years of equivalent experience required; 3-5 years preferred
