Clinical Care Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the startup and ongoing operations of clinical trials, the hybrid Associate Manager, Clinical Care Operations will manage training for support providers, ensuring compliance and documentation across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee training events across multiple time zones
• Ensure timely completion and documentation of training in collaboration with trainers and CRO partners
• Assess support provider competency during training and manage updates to training materials

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research operations or training in a relevant setting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with project management software like Smartsheet or Trello
• Experience with scheduling events across time zones and managing complex record-keeping in regulated environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Bachelor's degree in life or social sciences or equivalent experience
