Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Clinical Care Support will assist with operational and administrative needs, manage patient inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and nurses in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients by gathering necessary information to complete orders and address billing questions
• Manage multiple queues and tasks while actively monitoring ongoing support requests
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and transfer calls as needed

• Strong attention to detail with accurate patient reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
