Clinical Data and QA Coordinator
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Clinical Data and QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets for quality assurance
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration
- Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
