Job Summary
To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets, ensuring quality and compliance
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including the establishment of KPIs and Quality Assurance Plans
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, coordinating documentation and training for staff
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
- Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
