Clinical Data Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Architect, the full-time remote position will focus on architecting FHIR-compliant data models, designing data harmonization strategies, and developing transformation pipelines to enhance clinical data accuracy and usability.
Key responsibilities
- Architect FHIR-compliant data models aligned with implementation guides and internal standards
- Design and operationalize strategies to unify disparate data streams from EHRs, HIEs, and claims sources
- Establish validation frameworks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data architecture or clinical informatics
- Proficiency in healthcare data models and interoperability standards, including FHIR and OMOP
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL for healthcare data integration
- Experience with clinical terminologies and ontologies such as SNOMED CT and LOINC
